# SubProof > Subcontractor COI and lien waiver tracking for general contractors. Every certificate, endorsement, and waiver on one board with automated requests and an audit-ready trail. SubProof is a product of Artificl. It is subcontractor insurance and lien waiver tracking for general contractors. ## Who it is for A framing crew's GL lapsed three weeks ago and nobody noticed. If they drop a bundle through a finished ceiling, that's your claim now. SubProof keeps every subcontractor's certificate, endorsement, and lien waiver on one board, chases the ones that expire, and keeps the proof. Built for general contractors and small builders. Typical users: Owner / GC, Project manager, Office manager, Superintendent. ## What it tracks Each record holds: Subcontractor, Document, Expires / due, Status, Last requested on, Times requested. Records are sorted by how urgent they are rather than by date entered, so whatever is expired or closest to lapsing appears first. ## What it does - **Endorsements, not just certificates** — A COI on file means nothing if you're not named as additional insured. Track the endorsements that actually transfer risk — additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory — separately from the certificate itself. - **Lien waivers per draw** — Conditional waivers before payment, unconditional after — tracked per sub per draw, so a final payment never goes out against a missing waiver. - **Chased automatically** — Requests at 30, 10, and 3 days before expiry go to the sub and their agent, so you're not the one writing the fourth email about a certificate. - **Proof when it counts** — Who was asked, when, how many times, and what arrived — exportable per sub or per job, so an insurer's request after a loss is a download, not a scramble. ## Questions it can answer - Is Rivera Electric cleared to invoice on draw 3? - Which subs are on site with lapsed or missing cover? - Which subs go uncovered in the next seven days? - What would a general liability premium audit turn up on us today? ## Pricing $49 per month, per company, not per job, after a 14-day trial. A card is required at signup; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel in one click. Cancelled accounts become read-only and you can still export everything. ## Working with AI assistants SubProof exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint at https://subproof.artificl.us/mcp. A customer can connect an assistant they already pay for — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, GitHub Copilot, or a local model — and ask questions against their own live records. The connection is read-only by default and every request is written to the account's activity log. ## Pages - [Home](https://subproof.artificl.us/): what it does and who it is for - [Pricing](https://subproof.artificl.us/pricing): price, trial terms, and common questions - [Terms of service](https://subproof.artificl.us/terms) - [Privacy policy](https://subproof.artificl.us/privacy) ## Contact support@artificl.us
